What to expect?

Your four-step vocal workout program is designed to help you improve your voice over a four week period. Each week, a new video will land in your inbox. With a focus on a specific aspects of vocal training, Lisa, your instructor, will guide you through "THE WORK".  A process that includes daily routines, practice, exercises and techniques to develop proper breathing, posture, vocal control, range, resonance and vocal tone. By following the program and dedicating time to each training video, you'll build muscle memory and strengthen your voice.

To enhance your vocal training experience, we also offer a STARTER PACK. This includes items that will support your vocal journey: Voice straws and exercises, Posture Medic - Improve Posture, Vocalzone Tea. Vocalzone Pastilles for your larynx, Chakra Clearing Necklace and Incense for a relaxed environment. These tools can support your vocal practice and help you get the most out of the program.

The breath control module! In this 45 minute video, you'll discover the transformative power of effective breathing techniques. Mastering breath control brings numerous benefits, including improved vocal control, expanded vocal range, and enhanced vocal stamina. By incorporating these techniques into your vocal practice, you'll deliver precise performances, effortlessly hit achieve your vocal goals while maintaining a consistent and powerful sound.

But it doesn't stop there. Learning to breathe effectively also promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and cultivates mindfulness. By creating a dedicated space for self-care and self-discovery, you'll experience an over sense of greater well-being.

Module 3. The Training (Workout Exercises)

Workout Exercises - The key to unlocking your vocal potential!
